Disappointed

I had just finished Karen Linamen's other book "Due to Rising Energy Cost, the Light at the end of the Tunnel has been Turned Off". Couldn't wait to get this book. It is exactly the same as the other one. Same topics, same chapter headings. So if you have read one, don't bother getting the other and wasting your money like me.

I gave it to a friend who was suffering from depression and he's been reading it ever since. I may not get it back. I thought it had some great points about what to focus on to change your outlook and regain some zest for life.

I still haven't finished this book, I lost interest half way thru. It almost reads as a book written just to be written, not too much meat to it.
