I'm a guy. She's right about everything. Act like you have options, and if we like you, it'll drive us nuts. Act needy, tell us you love us after a few dates, and we'll run in terror. Come on - you'd do the same with a guy.

A Love-Life Saver!

Im going to preface this review my saying that I am in Finance and doing my MBA but this book does not need a business background to be enjoyed and understood. As others have commented, its easy to read and follow and every single one of my girl friends has read it quickly (I recommend it on a regular basis). So many dating books out there are saddled with out of date or overly complicated advice. Jess gets straight to the point in her no-nonsense yet friendly way. This is a must read for every woman in her 20s and 30s looking for dating techniques that work! I would go so far as to say it is a game changer for women. If you want to have the upper hand (or at least some sense of control) when dating a man you really like listen to her advice- dont stay the night too soon, show him that you are maintaining your own life, and adhere to the 'scarcity' and 'urgency' rules she talks about. I'm so happy I found this book. I was completely lost before.
Within the first month of reading this book I was able to have one of the top 25 real estate agents in the country chasing after me. I made ultimate mistake of giving too much too soon but then used Jess' advice to pull back and didnt talk to him for a week and then... he was chasing me again and eventually became my boyfriend.
PS to everyone who says Jess is single- SHE IS ACTUALLY MARRIED NOW. Perhaps more proof that her techniques work :)
