Good read for new moms.

I bought this book after having my first child. I was worried about the extra baby weight that I had gained. With having a new baby, you have almost no time to work out. It's not hard to put 17 minutes of side to get your heart pumping.

Only 17 minutes!

As the mom of a beautiful 3 month old baby girl and a 5-year old, plus working full time, I have almost no time to work out. When I saw the title of this book "17 minute workouts for new moms" I thought, heck, I could squeeze that in. I liked that many of the exercises are done with the baby. This is good because I'm not taking away from bonding time and when she doesn't want to be held, I'm usually passed out tired.
