Studienarbeit aus dem Jahr 2007 im Fachbereich Soziologie - Kinder und Jugend, Note: 1,0, HAWK Hochschule für angewandte Wissenschaft und Kunst - Fachhochschule Hildesheim, Holzminden, Göttingen (Fakultät Soziale Abeit und Gesundheit), Veranstaltung: Gender- und Diversitykompetenz in Erziehung und Bildung, 22 Quellen im Literaturverzeichnis, Sprache: Deutsch, Abstract: Im Rahmen einer Prüfungsleitung im Seminar „Gender- und Diversitykompetenz in Erziehung und Bildung“ habe ich mich mit dem Thema „Gender Mainstreaming in der und Jugendhilfe“ beschäftigt.
Zu Beginn meiner Hausarbeit gehe ich allgemein auf das Thema Gender Mainstreaming ein. Hierbei definiere die Begrifflichkeiten des Gender Mainstreaming und erläutere die wichtigen Punkte der Strategie. Im Weiteren gehe ich auf die Entstehung der Strategie und ihre Ausgangspunkte ein.
Unter Punkt 2 meiner Hausarbeit beschäftige ich mich mit dem Thema Gender Mainstreaming und Jugendhilfe. Speziell gehe ich hier auf die Bedeutung der Strategie für die Jugendhilfe, rechtliche Bestimmungen und die Umsetzung in die Praxis der Strategie ein. Im Anhang befindet sich schließlich noch das Quellenverzeichnis.
Meine Ausführungen stützen sich weitgehend auf die Literatur des Bundesministeriums für Familie, Senioren, Frauen und Jugend, welches eine umfangreiche Internetpräsenz zu dem Thema anbietet. Hier habe ich zahlreiche Informationen rund um das Thema Gender Mainstreaming gefunden. Auch das Buch „Gender Mainstreaming in der Kinder- und Jugendarbeit“ von Lotte Rose habe ich für meine Hausarbeit genutzt. Weiter habe ich jedoch auch andere Internetquellen und Fachtexte miteinbezogen, wie aus der Literaturliste zu entnehmen ist.
