Libro que enseña a los jóvenes técnicas de asertividad

Soy profesora de secundaria y siempre pido este libro a mis alumnos. Es importante que en esta etapa de formación los jóvenes aprendar a no dejarse manipular y luchar por sus sueños. Al final de cada capítulo vienen repaso de conceptos y preguntas para reflexionar. Excelente libro!!!

Es una historia que su principal característica es provocar reacciones. Te empuja a actuar e inspira a considerar cambios en tu persona y también en la apreciación todo lo que poseemos, sintiéndonos más agradecidos. Aveces perdemos la noción de lo valiosas y extraordinarias que son muchas de las cosas que conforman nuestra vida y simplemente estamos muy acostumbrados a tenerlas y dejamos de percibirlas como grandes motivos para estar agradecidos cada día.
